AI by industry: where the margin goes in your sector

AGMM does not sell a different product per industry. As an AI consultancy it finds the constraint that costs the most and builds the system that removes it. What changes by sector is the vocabulary, the documents and which process carries the money, in every department.

Four sectors, written down

Where does the margin go in your sector?

Each page names the processes that carry the time and the cash, draws the sector's own work across several departments as it runs now, organised and agentified, and says what it touches.

Now picture yours

Pick the sector closest to yours. Watch the work change state.

The same engagement everywhere; what changes is which process carries the money. Each drawing starts as most businesses run it, then organised, then agentified, with a person kept on every decision that matters.

Customer data and privacy From yes to billing

  1. The start of the fortnight that costs you.

  2. Identity, source of funds and ownership documents, gathered in one place.

  3. Checks run and logged. The judgement stays with the firm.

  4. Drafted from your precedent, scope stated plainly.

  5. Complete before work starts.

  1. As it runs now

A fortnight between the client saying yes and anybody billing, somebody asking politely for the third time, time recorded from memory on a Friday, and a monthly pack rebuilt by hand.

  2. Organised

One file per matter that is complete before work starts, a clear list of what each matter waits on, and time captured as the work happens.

  3. Agentified

Chasers sent on time, narratives and packs drafted from the facts, and every draft reviewed by the person whose name goes on it.

How a sector page is used

Does the engagement change by industry?

No. Every engagement runs the same three steps, and a build only where the economic case justifies one. The sector page tells you which processes we would expect to find the money in, and which of the five service families is the likely shape of the answer.

  1. FreeA 30-minute fit call
  2. £2,000A 14-day constraint audit
  3. By proposalA build, only if the evidence supports one

The audit looks across every department, not only the ones a sector page leads with. What you can check today is how we run our own business, on Inside AGMM.

Not written, and why

Which sectors do not have a page here?

Every one not listed above. Accountancy and law are sections inside professional services, because the processes are the same. If your sector is missing, we have nothing specific to say about it yet, and a generic page with your industry’s name swapped in would be worse than none. The fit call is the faster route. Software after an acquisition is not a sector, so it lives in the Library: post-acquisition software and AI for UK businesses.

Every sector page carries a section headed “What we cannot show you yet”. There is no case study in your sector here, and the section says so plainly.

Start with the constraint

Find what is worth changing before you fund a build.

Thirty minutes to test the fit, free, nothing bought on the call. The fourteen-day audit is £2,000 if it fits.

  1. MessyHand-offs lost in inboxes
  2. OrganisedEach job has a clear owner and step
  3. RunningRoutine hand-offs run; exceptions reach a person
Lit: Operations and delivery, where the call starts. The audit then looks across all twelve departments for constraints, weak points and money to save or earn.
