What these terms cover

AGMM is an AI consultancy for UK businesses. These terms cover the website and each thing AGMM offers through it. Where an offer is bought, the proposal, booking confirmation or written agreement for it sets out the commercial detail. If that document and this page differ, the document binds both sides.

The AI Constraint Audit

The audit is a fixed £2,000 over 14 days: three 60-minute working sessions with the two founders who would scope any build, and the work between them. It finds the constraints, weak points and opportunities to save or earn serious money across your business. A fuller audit always follows inside any build proposal.

You receive four outputs: a constraint map, an AI opportunity map, economic cases and a ranked build proposal. You keep them whether or not AGMM builds anything afterwards, and you can use them with AGMM, take them to another provider or stop. The fee stands whether you commission a build or not and is not credited against one.

The audit does not include a build, software licences, subscriptions, infrastructure or hardware, a data migration, a security review or a penetration test, or advisory time after day 14. AGMM does not publish your outputs, reuse them as a case study or name you as a client without your written permission.

Consulting engagements

Custom builds, ongoing support and consulting for leadership teams are each proposed in writing. The scope, what AGMM and you are each responsible for, the price and the review points are set out in that proposal. A build is priced after the audit, against what the audit found.

Ongoing support is proposed separately after a build, scoped to the systems in production. AGMM does not set a default monthly band for every system.

One-to-ones

A one-to-one is a founder working through one problem with you. You book it through the free 30-minute fit call, where we say whether it is the right step. What is agreed when you book it is what the session covers. This page sets no price for one-to-ones.

The x402 gate on agmm.co.uk

Requests to agmm.co.uk pass a gate that decides, for each request, whether to ask for payment. People, search engines, AI answer engines and assistants that read a page for a person are never charged. Named AI training crawlers, such as GPTBot, ClaudeBot, CCBot, Bytespider, Amazonbot and Meta’s crawler, are asked to pay a small fee in USDC through the x402 protocol for long-form pages. A visitor the gate cannot identify with confidence stays free, and nobody is charged on a guess.

A crawler’s name is something the crawler says about itself, so the gate applies it as a policy and cannot prove who is behind a request. If you think you were asked to pay by mistake, or you paid in error, write to us and we will look at it. Payments are made on a public blockchain and AGMM cannot reverse one; where we agree a refund, we send it as a separate payment. The gate’s published policy is at agmm.co.uk/x402/policy/, and what it records is in the privacy policy.

Paid data and the AI visibility check API

AGMM sells machine-readable data (fact packs, tracked AI terms and daily news digests) and the AI visibility check as an API, to software and AI agents. Each paid request states what it is and what it costs before you pay, and free previews are offered where they exist. Payment is in USDC through x402. Payment details and prices are in the machine-readable catalogue at agmm.co.uk/x402/catalog.json, and this page sets none of them.

Credits

A credit pack is bought with one x402 payment and gives you a secret token and a balance for use with the AI visibility check API. The token is shown once. AGMM keeps only a one-way fingerprint of it, so treat it like a password: anyone who holds it can spend the balance. Credits expire 12 months after the pack is bought. If a check cannot be completed, for example because the website you named does not answer, the credit for it is put back. You can ask us for a refund of the unused balance within those 12 months, and we will return it to the wallet that paid. Credits are not cash and cannot be transferred out of the API.

What a grade is and is not

A grade is an automated reading of the public files and responses of a website at the time stated in the result. It is a snapshot taken at that timestamp, from a data-centre server and not from a visitor, and it can be up to about ten minutes old when served from a short cache. The site may have changed since. A grade is an opinion about a third party’s website, produced by rules, and AGMM gives no warranty that it is complete, accurate or current, or that acting on it will change how any AI system treats a site, how it ranks or how much traffic it gets. It is not a security test, a legal opinion or advice.

Acceptable use

Use the check on websites you own or are allowed to check, at ordinary volumes. Do not use it to scan sites you do not control at a volume that could overload them, to probe for weaknesses, or to get round a limit or a payment. The check reads public files only and makes a few requests to each site, with a user agent that names AGMM. AGMM may slow, refuse or stop service to anyone who misuses it, and may block a website from being checked at its owner’s request.

AGMM does not promise that the paid products will always be available. The availability and liability sections below apply to them. What AGMM keeps about paid use is in the privacy policy.

The free AI visibility check

The free check at /learn/tools/ai-visibility-check/ is for people using the page. It limits how many live checks one address and the whole site can run each hour, and it refuses requests that do not come from the page. Software that wants to run the check should use the paid API above. The same points apply to the free check as to the paid one: a grade is a snapshot of a third party’s public files at the time shown, carries no warranty, and may not be used to scan sites you do not control at a volume that could overload them. The AGMM MCP servers

AGMM runs a server for AI assistants at agmm.co.uk/mcp, and a free, search-only version at agmm.co.uk/mcp/learn. They need no account. The search tool is free. Other tools are paid per call through x402, and each states its price in its own description before you pay. The servers are provided as they are, with no promise of availability or of the accuracy of what they return. They log daily totals only: no IP address, no user agent text and no search words. A payment records the paying wallet address and the transaction. The privacy policy has the detail.

Your data in an engagement

If you share business or customer data during an audit or a build, security and data protection sets out how it is handled: where it lives, what can reach a third-party model, who has access and what happens at the end. In short, you remain the controller of your business and customer data and AGMM acts as a processor under written terms agreed before any client data is touched. How AGMM handles its own records is in the privacy policy.

What we build for you

The systems AGMM builds for you run on your accounts, your hosting and your data, and are documented so they do not depend on AGMM being available. The proposal for a build sets out the detail. The four audit outputs are yours, as above.

Website information

AGMM publishes practical information about AI, software and business operations. It is general information, not legal, financial or regulatory advice. Check decisions that matter to your organisation with an appropriately qualified adviser.

AGMM Auto-Poster

The publisher is an internal tool for authorised AGMM operators. It connects to TikTok only after the operator grants the displayed permissions. Before a post is submitted, the interface shows the connected account, ordered media, caption, privacy level, comment setting and music behaviour. The operator remains responsible for checking the content, permissions and destination.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access the private publisher without permission, bypass safeguards, publish unlawful or misleading material, infringe another person’s rights, or interfere with the website or connected platforms. TikTok use also remains subject to TikTok’s own terms, policies and platform decisions.

Availability and platform decisions

AGMM aims to operate the service carefully but does not promise uninterrupted availability. TikTok and other platforms control authorisation, review, moderation, music availability and whether a post becomes public. A successful upload or API response is not represented as a public post until the public destination has been verified.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, AGMM is not responsible for indirect losses or for a third-party platform’s outage, moderation decision or policy change. If you use the internal publisher without authority, access may be withdrawn immediately.

Changes and law

These terms may change when the service or platform rules change. They are governed by the law of England and Wales. Last updated 20 October 2026.
