Business-wide / 14 days / £2,000

We may tell you not to build it.

Two vendor-independent engineers map the business, quantify where work and money get stuck, and rank what is worth changing first.

The fit call is free. The fourteen-day audit is a paid £2,000 engagement.

The business-wide investment question

Constraints. Opportunities. Economics. Priority.

A representative department-wide operating model, showing how shared data, cross-department workflows, agents and human controls can be tested as one transformation. It contains no client data, result or promised saving.

Free 30-minute fit call

Test the fit.
Then decide.

Bring one process or AI decision. We will test whether it is specific, commercially meaningful and ready for a fourteen-day audit.

The call is free. If we both agree to proceed, the audit is a fixed £2,000.

First, is this audit-shaped?

This is qualification, not a disguised sales assessment. If the problem is too vague or too small for the audit, the answer on the call will be no.

Start before the sales pitch

Start with the business. Not the technology.

The first AI decision is which operating constraint is worth changing, whether AI is viable and how the opportunity compares with every other demand on capital.

Swipe through the three warning signs

01

Margin is disappearing into administration

Skilled people spend valuable hours retyping, chasing, checking and rebuilding information across departments. Nobody has priced the total drag.

02

The business has no shared AI priority

Different teams can each name a possible use for AI. Leadership needs one economic view of what deserves capital first.

03

You already own several capable systems

The answer may be one connection, a process redesign or no new tool at all. Another subscription should not be the default.

What £2,000 buys

A decision your team can use.

Not a deck of generic AI ideas. Four working outputs tied to evidence from across your operation.

Swipe through the four deliverables

01

Constraint map

A business-wide view of where capacity, cash and decisions are held up. Work, waiting, hand-offs and rework are separated instead of guessed.

02

AI opportunity map

Every viable opportunity, the dependencies underneath it and the points where a person must remain in control.

03

Economic cases

Upside, cost, assumptions and risk for each opportunity worth considering, using evidence from your operation.

04

Ranked build proposal

A prioritised investment order and custom proposal for the highest-value justified scope. You own the work whether AGMM builds anything afterwards or not.

YOU KEEP THE WORK WHETHER AGMM BUILDS ANYTHING AFTERWARDS OR NOT.

The fourteen-day sequence

Trace. Price. Prioritise.

  1. DAY 01

    Map the business

Find waiting, rework and operational risk across departments, then gather the evidence that shows what actually happens.

  2. DAY 07

    Price the opportunities

Test cost, upside, dependencies and failure conditions with the people inside the work.

  3. DAY 14

    Rank the investment

Review the maps and economic cases, rank what deserves capital and define the justified custom build.

Proof before promise

Inspect the work. Not an invented case study.

The audit does not borrow a result from another business and present it as yours. Every opportunity is tested against your evidence, assumptions and risks before it earns a place in the investment order.

Fixed audit fee£2,000

Fourteen days. Three working sessions. Four client-owned documents.

Fit before invoice

The first call costs nothing. The audit does.

Bring the process you suspect is costing the most. In 30 minutes we will test whether it is specific enough to audit, whether the economics can justify the engagement and what evidence we would need from your team.

Before you book

Straight answers.

Is the audit free?

No. The AI Constraint Audit is a fixed £2,000 engagement. Only the initial 30-minute fit call is free.

What happens during the fit call?

We test whether the workflow is specific enough to audit, whether the commercial stakes can justify the work and what evidence your team can provide. If the audit is not the right next step, we will say so.

What does the £2,000 include?

Fourteen days, three sixty-minute working sessions with two forward-deployed AI engineers and four client-owned outputs: the constraint map, AI opportunity map, economic cases and ranked next step.

What happens after the audit?

You can ask AGMM to implement the recommendation, give the work to somebody else, use an existing provider or stop. The audit is complete before any implementation decision is made.

Who is it for?

Established UK businesses, generally £1m+ in annual revenue, with enough team, process and operational complexity for integration to matter.

What if the problem is not AI-shaped?

That is a valid result. The purpose is to avoid paying for the wrong build, not to force AI into a process that needs a simpler fix.
