Is the audit free?
No. The AI Decision Audit is a fixed £2,000 engagement. Only the initial 30-minute fit call is free.
What does the £2,000 include?
Fourteen days, three sixty-minute working sessions with the engineers who would scope any build, and four client-owned outputs: the constraint map, AI opportunity map, economic cases and ranked build proposal.
What does the £2,000 not include?
No build, no licences or infrastructure, no data migration or security review, and no advisory time after day 14. The fee is not credited against a build either, so the recommendation costs us the same whichever way it goes.
Why charge when others give an AI readiness assessment away?
Because an assessment given away is funded by the build it recommends. The £2,000 fee stands whether you commission a build or not, so there is no incentive to recommend one.
Is this the same thing as the AI Constraint Audit?
Yes. AGMM publishes this engagement as the AI Constraint Audit: the same £2,000, the same fourteen days, the same three working sessions and the same four documents. This page carries the campaign wording for it.
Do you recommend AI every time?
No. Build, buy, connect and stop are all valid answers. The purpose is to avoid paying for the wrong build, not to force AI into a business that needs a simpler fix.
Do we have to hire AGMM afterwards?
No. You can ask AGMM to implement the recommendation, give it to another provider, use an existing supplier or stop. You own the work.
Who should join the audit?
