Pay AGMM per page, from code

AGMM sells its long-form guides to software agents for a small per-page fee, paid in USDC on Base with the x402 protocol. Named AI training crawlers are asked to pay it; people, search engines and answer engines read free. The guides come from a UK AI consultancy and cover what AI costs, GDPR, automation and tools for established businesses. This page is for developers whose agent wants to pay.

What you can buy

Every long-form page in the Learn library, including the courses and tools, one page per request, as HTML or as Markdown. The list of payable addresses is generated from the live sitemap: /x402/catalog.json. Put /x402 in front of the path of a Learn address to get the paid address.

The paid address answers 402 to everyone, so an agent can always see the terms before it pays. It is marked noindex and is not for search.

The terms and where payment goes

How a payment works

• Send a plain GET to the paid address. You receive 402 with a PAYMENT-REQUIRED header (base64 JSON, x402 version 2) and the same JSON in the body.
• Sign a USDC transferWithAuthorization for exactly the amount in the offer and retry the same address with a PAYMENT-SIGNATURE header.
• You receive 200, the page, and a PAYMENT-RESPONSE header with the transaction hash. A page that does not exist is never charged, and neither is HEAD.
• Each signature works once. Sending the same signed payment again within 24 hours returns the page you bought without a second charge.
• If settlement fails you get 402 with the reason and a fresh offer, and you can sign again. If the chain is slow to confirm you get 202: retry the same signature, do not sign a new payment.

Code that works

With the official x402 packages (@x402/fetch, @x402/evm, viem) a paid fetch is a few lines. The wallet needs USDC on Base and no ETH.

Licence

What a payment buys (train, evaluate, retain), and what it does not (dataset resale, any warranty), is on the licence page.

Who is charged on the normal address

Only named AI training collectors are asked to pay at the ordinary Learn address. Everyone else reads it free, including people, search engines, AI answer engines and agents that fetch a page for a person. The full list is in /crawlers.json and the plain-English version is the crawler policy.

Data you cannot get free

The whole API is described in /openapi.json (OpenAPI 3.1 with terms, schemas and examples). Four products exist only behind a payment. Each has a free preview (what it is, its field names, counts and one sample) at the same address with ?preview=1, or /preview after the resource.

From an AI assistant: the MCP server

Tools over Streamable HTTP at https://agmm.co.uk/mcp: search_learn (free), get_fact_pack, get_emerging_terms and get_news_digest. The paid tools state their terms in their metadata and in the payment request. A paid tool answers with a payment request; send the signed payment in _meta["x402/payment"] and repeat the call (x402 MCP transport). Checking many sites: batches and prepaid credit

Agents that check a lot of websites can send a list of domains in one call, or buy a prepaid credit pack with one x402 payment and draw it down with a bearer token, with no payment step on each call. Sizes and per-call draws are in /x402/catalog.json. Terms: credit expires twelve months after purchase or after the latest top-up. Unused balance is refunded on request to AGMM.ltd@gmail.com, to the paying wallet, within the twelve months. A revoked token draws nothing and keeps its balance on record for the owner, who can ask for a refund or a new token. Credit AGMM grants is flagged as a grant and is never counted as a sale or in the paid-delivery numbers. Card payment is not available yet.

Limits and honesty

• GET only. Bulk copies are available to AI training crawlers for a fee via x402. The whole-library text file and the article feeds are sold as bulk copies; the terms are in /x402/catalog.json.
• The paid page is the same document the free address serves. You are paying for a stable, machine-first address that always states its terms, not for secret content. The data products above are different: their full documents are not published anywhere free.
• The count of paid deliveries is public and checkable on-chain: paid deliveries.
