Everything AGMM does

# Systems that remove the work, not just software that records it.

AGMM is an [AI consultancy](https://agmm.co.uk/ai-consultancy/) for UK businesses turning over £1m to £50m. We start with a fixed £2,000, 14-day audit, then build the systems the evidence supports, run them with you, advise your leadership team, and teach your people through AI webinar workshops and free courses.

01 · The front door

## The AI Constraint Audit: £2,000, 14 days.

Before choosing a system, the AI Constraint Audit maps what is holding the business back, tests the viable opportunities and ranks what deserves capital. It finds constraints, weak points and opportunities to save or earn serious money, across every department. A build follows only where the evidence warrants one.

Three sixty-minute working sessions with the two founders, not an account manager. A fuller audit is always part of any build proposal, because larger businesses need the time to do it properly.

**Fixed fee**: £2,000

**Start to written answer**: 14 days

**Working sessions**: 3 × 60 min

[Book the free fit call](https://agmm.co.uk/ai-constraint-audit/#book) [See what the £2,000 audit covers](https://agmm.co.uk/ai-constraint-audit/)

**The call comes first.** Thirty minutes, free, so we both know the audit is worth £2,000 before you spend it.

### Where is the expensive work? Usually hiding in plain sight.

Jobs are chased through inboxes. The same information is typed into three places. Approvals wait for one person. Reports are rebuilt by hand. Everyone feels the drag, but nobody has costed it, and so nobody can agree what should change first.

1. Constraints

Where capacity, cash and decisions are held up.

   - Month-end close that waits on one person and one spreadsheet.
   - New starters who wait a week for logins and a plan.
   - Approvals that only one person can give.
2. Weak points

   Where the business is exposed.

   - Customer data kept in five places, no two of them agreeing.
   - Staff pasting company information into public AI tools.
   - A process that only one person can describe.
3. Chances to save or earn

Where serious money sits, priced from your own figures.

   - Hours of repeat admin that software could carry.
   - Enquiries and complaints that wait a day for a reply.
   - Supplier and stock decisions made without the numbers.

### What you keep: four documents, and a fifth that follows.

- **Constraint map.** Where capacity, cash and decisions are held up.
- **AI opportunity map.** Weak points, and where AI could save or earn.
- **Economic cases.** Upside, cost and risk, priced from your own evidence.
- **Ranked build proposal.** What to fund first, and what to leave alone.
- A deeper, department-by-department audit that runs inside the proposal, so large businesses get the time it takes.

### What happens between the calls

- Operating constraints mapped across departments, including undocumented hand-offs
- Viable AI opportunities separated from simpler process and system fixes
- Human controls, dependencies and failure conditions written down
- Economic cases built from the figures and evidence your business can support
- Opportunities ranked by projected return and operational value

### What you keep if you never build anything

- **The constraint map** A business-wide view of where capacity, cash and decisions are held up.
- **The AI opportunity map** The viable opportunities, the dependencies underneath them and where a person must remain in control.
- **The economic cases** Upside, cost, assumptions and risk for every opportunity worth considering.
- **The ranked next step** A prioritised investment order and a custom proposal for the highest-value justified scope. You can use it with AGMM, take it elsewhere or stop.

A free audit is a sales call with a document attached. It has to arrive at a recommendation to build something, because that is the only way it ever pays for itself. Ours is paid, and the fee is not deducted from the build, so we carry no financial reason to recommend building anything.

### What should you not automate? Not everything should be.

The audit sometimes finds the constraint is not a software problem. When it is a pricing decision, a staffing decision, or a process nobody has written down yet, putting software on top of it makes the problem faster rather than smaller, and more expensive to unpick later. When that is the answer, that is the answer, and you still keep the audit.

### What is the worst case? Here it is, in full.

You spend £2,000. Fourteen days later you know what the process costs you, which steps are queueing, and what we would build, priced. Then we tell you not to build it, because the numbers land small. You keep every document and owe us nothing further. That is the worst case, and it is more than most firms in this market deliver as their best.

02 · The systems themselves

## Custom builds, priced after the evidence.

CRMs, scheduling, process systems, automations and agents, built around how your business works and written by the people who scoped them. The price is agreed before anyone writes code.

The scope follows the opportunity, from one focused system to a larger programme spanning teams and workflows. We design, write, integrate, test and deploy against your real data, your real rules and the exceptions your team already works around. The audit sets the scope, so the proposal reflects the work required rather than an arbitrary band.

### What do we build? Six shapes the work usually takes.

1. [**Business process automation** Work that should happen once happens three times, in three places, and nobody owns the gap between them.*Invoice in* *Read once* *Matched to the order* *Approved* *Paid and logged*](https://agmm.co.uk/services/business-process-automation/)
2. [**Custom CRM development** The CRM describes a business you do not run, so nobody keeps it up to date, and the numbers in it cannot be relied on.*Enquiry in* *Matched to the customer* *Next action set* *Reply approved* *Sent and logged*](https://agmm.co.uk/services/custom-crm-development/)
3. [**Quoting and estimating software** Revenue waits on a quote, and the quote waits on the one person who knows how to price it.*Enquiry in* *Job details read* *Your rules applied* *Draft priced* *Estimator check*](https://agmm.co.uk/services/quoting-and-estimating-software/)
4. [**Scheduling and booking software** Scheduling depends on somebody remembering, so the busier you get the more it costs you.*Request in* *Availability checked* *Your rules applied* *Unusual ones to a person* *Confirmed*](https://agmm.co.uk/services/scheduling-and-booking-software/)
5. [**Custom process systems** A commercially important process is spread across inboxes, spreadsheets and memory because no off-the-shelf product matches how the work moves.*Intake* *Classified* *Owner assigned* *Approval* *Recorded*](https://agmm.co.uk/services/custom-process-systems/)
6. [**Agent-ready business** AI answers now decide who gets found, and most business sites are shut out without knowing.*Crawler gate* *Crawler desk* *MCP server* *Discovery files* *GEO content*](https://agmm.co.uk/services/agent-ready-business/)

You leave withThe first systems in ordinary daily use, and a team that can operate them without us in the room.

Now picture yours

### Messy, then organised, then agentified.

The same work drawn three ways: as it runs in most businesses, with one record and one route, and with the repeatable path running on its own. Pick a line, press a stage and step through the real papers, with a person kept on every decision that matters.

1. Caught wherever it lands: the shared inbox, the portal or a photograph.
2. Supplier, lines and totals read once. Every tool that needs them reads the same record.
3. The repeatable path runs on its own. Anything that does not match goes to whoever should decide, with the context attached.
4. Whoever holds the budget approves, or sends it back with a note.
5. What ran, when, and what it did. A record you can check.

1. **As it runs now**

The same detail typed into three systems, a spreadsheet built to work around the software, and work that stalls whenever one person is out.
2. **Organised**

One record and one route through the work. Each step happens once, in one place, and anyone can see where a job is up to.
3. **Agentified**

The repeatable path runs on its own. Anything unusual goes to a named person with the context attached, and every run leaves a record you can check.

*A person decides Runs on its own Back with notes Demonstration. Sample documents, no client data. Timings compressed.*

03 · After the build

## Running and improving the systems.

The systems you depend on need running, and the business around them keeps moving. Ongoing support is proposed separately after the build. Its scope and price depend on the systems in production, integrations, monitoring, response requirements, ownership and improvement cadence. It may include changes as well as uptime: rules move, people join, volumes shift, and the support proposal reflects what the business needs.

[Ask about support](https://agmm.co.uk/ai-constraint-audit/#book)

Support proposal Priced by proposal

1. **Watched** What is monitored, and who is told, and how fast, when something fails.
2. **Changed** Rules move, people join, volumes shift. The proposal says how changes are made.
3. **Reviewed** The review points, so the system keeps earning its place.
4. **Owned** Who is responsible for what, and where our service boundary sits.
5. **Priced** Agreed in writing before it starts, with no default monthly band.

***If ongoing support is needed, its scope and price are agreed before it starts.** A written support proposal covering responsibilities, service boundaries, review points and price, with no default monthly band imposed on every system.*

04 · For leadership teams

## Consulting and advisory, for the decisions that matter.

AI strategy and the decisions with the most leverage, worked through with the people who make them. We bring the evidence from your own audit and the experience of running our own business on AI. You leave with decisions you can act on, in the order that pays. Scoped and priced by proposal.

*The decisions a leadership session works through, and what we bring to each*

| No. | Decision | What we bring |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 1 | Where AI pays first | The constraint map and the arithmetic, from your own figures. |
| 2 | Build, buy or leave alone | A straight recommendation, including when the answer is not to build. |
| 3 | What stays with a person | The human controls and exception routes, written down. |
| 4 | What staff may do with AI | A one-page policy people will follow. |
| 5 | What to fund this quarter | A ranked order, with the cost and the risk beside each line. |

The kind of problem people bring

- Month-end takes ten days, and I do not trust the first version.
- Every approval ends up on my desk.
- Which department should we fix first?
- Can my team use AI without leaking customer data?

05 · One problem, one founder

## Every department of your business.

The audit looks across all twelve: where each is messy today, what organised looks like, and what runs without you. Marketing is one of the twelve, and content is one small part of it. Open a department to see all three.

Every department, as most £1m to £50m businesses run today: inboxes, spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, sticky notes and the know-how in people’s heads.

Beyond the four steps

## How far can you deploy us? Across everything you own.

Some owners do not run one business. They run several, and every one of them has the same rot: work moving by hand, one person holding the process together, nobody able to see across any of it. A technology hire in every company is rarely the sensible answer. Deploy one team across all of them instead.

**One team, one set of systems** Built once, documented once, adjusted to each business’s own rules

- **Business A** The first deployment, live
- **Business B** The same system, ported in days
- **Business C** Ported again, not rebuilt

*Illustrative. What one business learns, the rest inherit.*

1. ### One team across the whole group

Not a technology hire in every company. The same team embedded across everything you own, who already know how you operate and how you decide.
2. ### AI is why a small team can carry it

We build the tooling we work with. Our capacity stopped being our headcount, which is the only reason deploying across several businesses is possible at all.
3. ### What one company learns, the rest inherit

A system proven in one of your businesses ports to the next one in days. The second deployment is not a second build.

**This is for owners with more than one business, and it is not step five.** It starts as a conversation once the first systems are live in the first company. If those businesses came together through acquisition, read the [guide to software and AI after an acquisition](https://agmm.co.uk/learn/post-acquisition-software-and-ai/) before the call.

What you can check

## What can you check before you believe any of this?

The nearest thing you can inspect today is how we run our own business. One of our knowledge bases holds 4,535 notes and 5.9 million words, and every system in it is drawn on the Inside AGMM page, department by department. It proves the standard we build to, not anything about your industry.

Who this is for

## Who is this for? Businesses with a real operational problem.

### It fits

- A process that has grown one workaround at a time
- Good people spending their week keeping it upright
- Someone who can decide, and a budget that is real

### It does not

- A business looking for the cheapest possible build
- A brief that is already written and just needs hands
- A process nobody is willing to change

Before you spend

## The questions we get every time.

**What does an AI consultancy do for a £1m to £50m business?**: It finds where time and money leak across the business, tests where AI pays, and ranks what to fix first. Then it helps you build, run and understand what it recommends. At AGMM that starts with a free 30-minute fit call and a fixed £2,000, 14-day audit across all your departments. If the answer is not to build, we say so.

**What happens if the founders are busy, or one of them is ill?**: We take on a small number of builds at a time, which is why the audit comes first: it tells us both whether we can do the work properly before anyone commits. Both founders know every system we build and our dev team works to the same documented design, so no single person is a point of failure. Everything we write is handed over in a form your team can operate without us.

**Can AGMM work across more than one business I own?**: Yes. Beyond the four steps there is an arrangement where we are deployed across a group rather than hired per company: one team embedded across everything you own, rather than a technology hire in each business. It starts as a conversation once the first systems are live in the first company.

**What do I get if I do not go ahead with a build?**: Everything the audit produced: the business-wide constraint map, AI opportunity map, economic cases, ranked priorities and any justified custom build proposal. It is yours to keep and yours to take elsewhere.

**Why is the audit paid rather than free?**: A free audit is a sales call with a document attached. It has to arrive at a recommendation to build something, because that is the only way it ever pays for itself. Ours is paid, and the fee is not deducted from the build, so we carry no financial reason to recommend building anything.

**How long does the constraint audit take and who runs it?**: Fourteen days, built around three sixty-minute working sessions with Sam Wall and Adam Gillett directly rather than an account manager.

**Is the audit fee deducted from the cost of the build?**: No, and that is deliberate. Deducting it would give us a financial reason to recommend a build whatever the audit found.

**Do you offer one-to-one AI advice?**: Yes. A one-to-one is Sam or Adam working through one problem with you: a decision you are stuck on, a process only one person understands, or a plan you are unsure about. You book it through the free fit call and we agree what is useful. There is no standard price list for it.

**Do you run AI webinar workshops for our team?**: Yes. A workshop is a live online session run by Sam and Adam for your leadership team or your staff, on using AI across the business, with your own examples. It is online only. There is no standard price and no fixed date: we scope and book it on the free 30-minute fit call.

## Find what is worth changing before you fund a build.

The free fit call tests whether the problem is commercially meaningful enough for the fourteen-day, £2,000 audit. Nothing is purchased on the call.

[Book the free fit call](https://agmm.co.uk/ai-constraint-audit/#book) [Or see the whole ladder on what it costs](https://agmm.co.uk/what-it-costs/)

1. Before day 1**Fit call** Free, 30 minutes
2. Day 01**Map the business** Constraints and weak points
3. Day 07**Price the opportunities** What could save or earn
4. Day 14**Rank the investment** Four outputs you keep

**Then the proposal.** The fuller audit is always part of it.

*Three 60-minute working sessions with the founders who would scope any build. Between them, we map, measure and price.*
