# Enterprise AI: governed workflows for UK firms

Enterprise AI means AI systems run inside large organisations as governed production workflows, not isolated pilots, with foundation models connected to proprietary data, permissions and audit trails [(1)](https://venturebeat.com/orchestration/companies-already-run-3-agent-platforms-salesforces-new-enterprise-ai-harness-wants-govern-all-them) [(7)](https://cio.economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/artificial-intelligence/the-12-decisions-that-determine-whether-enterprise-ai-succeeds/134299557) . The model provides reasoning; the surrounding architecture provides business context and controls that make agent actions reliable enough for real transactions [(1)](https://venturebeat.com/orchestration/companies-already-run-3-agent-platforms-salesforces-new-enterprise-ai-harness-wants-govern-all-them) [(3)](https://diginomica.com/enterprise-hits-and-misses-agents-need-meaning-not-just-data-anthropic-grapples-model-pricing-and) .

## What Enterprise AI means in plain English

Enterprise AI is not a single tool or model. It is the combination of foundation models, orchestration platforms, governance controls and proprietary business context that lets an organisation run AI agents on live workflows such as quoting, scheduling, customer replies and financial analysis [(1)](https://venturebeat.com/orchestration/companies-already-run-3-agent-platforms-salesforces-new-enterprise-ai-harness-wants-govern-all-them) [(6)](https://mistral.ai/news/le-chat-enterprise/) . The model provides reasoning; the surrounding harness supplies the data relationships, permission boundaries, audit trails and cost controls that make the output reliable enough for paying customers and regulated processes [(1)](https://venturebeat.com/orchestration/companies-already-run-3-agent-platforms-salesforces-new-enterprise-ai-harness-wants-govern-all-them) [(3)](https://diginomica.com/enterprise-hits-and-misses-agents-need-meaning-not-just-data-anthropic-grapples-model-pricing-and) .

In practice this means a mid-sized UK firm connects its CRM, ERP, document store and calendar to an orchestration layer that routes each task to the right model, logs every action, and stops an agent before it can commit a payment or send a contract without human sign-off [(1)](https://venturebeat.com/orchestration/companies-already-run-3-agent-platforms-salesforces-new-enterprise-ai-harness-wants-govern-all-them) [(6)](https://mistral.ai/news/le-chat-enterprise/) . Mistral’s Le Chat Enterprise, for example, ships connectors for Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Calendar and Gmail, with strict ACL adherence, self-hosted or cloud deployment, and audit logging across the stack [(6)](https://mistral.ai/news/le-chat-enterprise/) . Salesforce’s Trusted Enterprise AI Harness bundles trusted context, agency, action, governance, security and models alongside a new AI Control Plane for managing agents across an organisation [(1)](https://venturebeat.com/orchestration/companies-already-run-3-agent-platforms-salesforces-new-enterprise-ai-harness-wants-govern-all-them) .

The VentureBeat Intelligence July 2026 Agentic Orchestration Pulse Survey, based on 107 qualified respondents at organisations with 100 or more employees, found that 85% run two or more agent orchestration platforms simultaneously, with an average of 3.1 platforms per enterprise, and 53% expect their primary agent control plane by the end of 2026 to be hybrid [(1)](https://venturebeat.com/orchestration/companies-already-run-3-agent-platforms-salesforces-new-enterprise-ai-harness-wants-govern-all-them) . The survey self-selected toward large technology organisations, so treat those figures as directional rather than market share [(1)](https://venturebeat.com/orchestration/companies-already-run-3-agent-platforms-salesforces-new-enterprise-ai-harness-wants-govern-all-them) .

Rohan Kumar, Salesforce’s president and chief platform and engineering officer, put the point plainly: “You may have the best of the model, but you won’t be able to reliably reason and act on behalf of your enterprise” without the organisation’s trusted context, meaning its customers, employees, transactions, data relationships, knowledge and history [(1)](https://venturebeat.com/orchestration/companies-already-run-3-agent-platforms-salesforces-new-enterprise-ai-harness-wants-govern-all-them) . As foundation models improve and spread, the durable advantage moves outward from the model itself into the architecture that gives models proprietary context, connects them safely to real workflows and constrains their actions without stripping out the flexibility that makes generative AI useful [(1)](https://venturebeat.com/orchestration/companies-already-run-3-agent-platforms-salesforces-new-enterprise-ai-harness-wants-govern-all-them) .

## Why Enterprise AI matters to a UK business

UK owners and operations leads in the £1m to £50m turnover band care about profit, speed, risk, staff and cost. Enterprise AI matters because it turns scattered experiments into a managed production process where each automation candidate is assessed against data readiness, ownership and failure patterns before serious budget is committed [(7)](https://cio.economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/artificial-intelligence/the-12-decisions-that-determine-whether-enterprise-ai-succeeds/134299557) .

The Sonata Software report, citing McKinsey’s 2025 State of AI survey, found AI adoption is widespread but many organisations still struggle to scale business value from AI initiatives [(2)](https://cio.economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/artificial-intelligence/enterprise-ai-focus-shifts-from-coding-productivity-to-business-execution/132618606) . It also cited DORA’s 2025 research, which found that AI amplifies existing organisational systems, accelerating workflow in high-performing organisations while magnifying inefficiencies in fragmented ones [(2)](https://cio.economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/artificial-intelligence/enterprise-ai-focus-shifts-from-coding-productivity-to-business-execution/132618606) . Enterprises may deploy AI coding assistants across thousands of developers and still fail to improve delivery cycles, reduce costs or enhance business responsiveness if workflows are not redesigned [(2)](https://cio.economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/artificial-intelligence/enterprise-ai-focus-shifts-from-coding-productivity-to-business-execution/132618606) . The next phase of adoption, the report argues, will be driven by how effectively organisations integrate governance, enterprise knowledge and operational workflows, not by code generation alone [(2)](https://cio.economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/artificial-intelligence/enterprise-ai-focus-shifts-from-coding-productivity-to-business-execution/132618606) .

For a UK distributor or contractor, the practical difference is between a chatbot that answers FAQs from a static script and an agent that reads the live stock file, checks the customer’s record, drafts the quote in the house style and routes it for approval [(1)](https://venturebeat.com/orchestration/companies-already-run-3-agent-platforms-salesforces-new-enterprise-ai-harness-wants-govern-all-them) [(3)](https://diginomica.com/enterprise-hits-and-misses-agents-need-meaning-not-just-data-anthropic-grapples-model-pricing-and) . Anupam Arora, Head of Data, AI and BI at Bharat Forge, speaking at an ETCIO DeepTalks session, stressed that clean, well-owned data is the real competitive moat; that pay-as-you-go inferencing usually beats capital-heavy infrastructure until usage patterns are predictable; and that change management is as critical as the technology because shop-floor teams abandon tools they do not trust [(7)](https://cio.economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/artificial-intelligence/the-12-decisions-that-determine-whether-enterprise-ai-succeeds/134299557) .

Arora’s five failure patterns map onto constraints UK firms already know: treating AI as a technology project rather than a business project; ignoring the data foundation; getting seduced by flashy pilots; designing use cases without the people who live the problem; and bolting on governance after the fact [(7)](https://cio.economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/artificial-intelligence/the-12-decisions-that-determine-whether-enterprise-ai-succeeds/134299557) . If any of those sound familiar, [our guide to why AI pilots do not reach production](https://agmm.co.uk/learn/why-ai-pilots-do-not-reach-production/) walks through the checks that catch each one. Roadmap sequencing matters too: Arora’s framework puts small, low-risk productivity wins in year one, individual well-scoped agentic use cases in year two, and multi-agent cross-functional systems in year three and beyond [(7)](https://cio.economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/artificial-intelligence/the-12-decisions-that-determine-whether-enterprise-ai-succeeds/134299557) . A practical roadmap for a UK business looks much the same, and the [six-question AI readiness assessment](https://agmm.co.uk/ai-readiness-assessment/) shows where to begin.

## How Enterprise AI works

The mechanism moves through six stages from raw model to governed production agent.

How it is built

What makes Enterprise AI work

The model is only the start. The layers below turn raw AI into a governed production system.

1. Foundation models

Provides the reasoning capability for tasks like quoting or scheduling.
2. Orchestration platform

Routes tasks to models, supplies system prompts and tool definitions.
3. Governance controls

Spend limits, ACLs, human-in-the-loop checks and audit logging.
4. Business context

CRM, ERP, pricing rules and compliance policies indexed for runtime queries.

Stands on Proprietary data, permissions and audit trails

*From the article's plain-English definition: foundation models sit on top of orchestration, governance and proprietary context. Each layer depends on the one below. Figure based on the worked example of a Midlands distributor.*

First, the organisation selects one or more foundation models and defines a routing policy that sends simple tasks to cheaper models and reserves premium models for complex operations. That pattern is already common enough to have a name in the trade: model routing [(3)](https://diginomica.com/enterprise-hits-and-misses-agents-need-meaning-not-just-data-anthropic-grapples-model-pricing-and) . Each agentic task loop adds to cost, so routing decisions and model choice are ongoing operational work, not a one-off setup [(3)](https://diginomica.com/enterprise-hits-and-misses-agents-need-meaning-not-just-data-anthropic-grapples-model-pricing-and) .

Second, an orchestration platform, such as Salesforce’s Trusted Enterprise AI Harness, Mistral’s Le Chat Enterprise or a custom build, wraps each model with a harness that supplies system prompts, tool definitions, execution hooks and context-management scaffolding [(1)](https://venturebeat.com/orchestration/companies-already-run-3-agent-platforms-salesforces-new-enterprise-ai-harness-wants-govern-all-them) [(6)](https://mistral.ai/news/le-chat-enterprise/) . Salesforce researchers, in a September 8 preprint, defined the harness in that narrower technical sense and found that evolving the harness around a smaller Qwen model raised average task success across seven enterprise agent benchmarks from 29.2% to 78.0% without changing the underlying model weights [(1)](https://venturebeat.com/orchestration/companies-already-run-3-agent-platforms-salesforces-new-enterprise-ai-harness-wants-govern-all-them) . Changing what surrounds a model can change what an agent accomplishes; model and surrounding architecture cannot always be treated as independent [(1)](https://venturebeat.com/orchestration/companies-already-run-3-agent-platforms-salesforces-new-enterprise-ai-harness-wants-govern-all-them) .

Third, proprietary business context is ingested. Customer records, product catalogues, pricing rules, compliance policies and historical decisions are indexed so the harness can query them at runtime [(1)](https://venturebeat.com/orchestration/companies-already-run-3-agent-platforms-salesforces-new-enterprise-ai-harness-wants-govern-all-them) [(3)](https://diginomica.com/enterprise-hits-and-misses-agents-need-meaning-not-just-data-anthropic-grapples-model-pricing-and) . Context engineering splits into two jobs: meaning is about surfacing less, but the right less, the curated slice of semantic context a model needs rather than the raw firehose it will drown in; action is about permitting less, but the right less, the minimum scope an agent needs to finish a task rather than standing access it may eventually misuse [(3)](https://diginomica.com/enterprise-hits-and-misses-agents-need-meaning-not-just-data-anthropic-grapples-model-pricing-and) . Minimum viable context is a starting point, not always the right end state: an agent making decisions on supply chain data may need external inputs before “minimal” context becomes too minimal [(3)](https://diginomica.com/enterprise-hits-and-misses-agents-need-meaning-not-just-data-anthropic-grapples-model-pricing-and) .

Fourth, governance rules are encoded as deterministic guards: spend limits, data-access ACLs, human-in-the-loop thresholds, audit logging and rollback triggers that fire before an agent can mutate a live system [(1)](https://venturebeat.com/orchestration/companies-already-run-3-agent-platforms-salesforces-new-enterprise-ai-harness-wants-govern-all-them) [(6)](https://mistral.ai/news/le-chat-enterprise/) . Mistral’s enterprise offering stresses privacy-first deployment inside the customer’s security domain, full control across models, platform and interfaces, and comprehensive audit logging [(6)](https://mistral.ai/news/le-chat-enterprise/) . Microsoft’s decision to bar US police departments from using Azure OpenAI Service for facial recognition, including real-time facial recognition on mobile cameras in uncontrolled environments for law enforcement globally, shows how a vendor policy change can remove a capability overnight; UK firms in regulated sectors need compliance designed into requirements from day one, not bolted on after a failure [(8)](https://techcrunch.com/2024/05/02/microsoft-bans-u-s-police-departments-azure-openai-facial-recognition/) [(7)](https://cio.economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/artificial-intelligence/the-12-decisions-that-determine-whether-enterprise-ai-succeeds/134299557) .

Fifth, continuous evaluation runs process-level checks on every agent execution, not just final-output validation. An arXiv study applied outcome-level and process-level checks across 240 trials spanning two skills, two specification variants, two agent harnesses and three models [(4)](https://arxiv.org/abs/2610.01833v1) . Of 175 trials that passed all applicable final numerical checks, 162 (92.6 per cent) contained another evaluator-detected deviation; under a broader seven-check final-state definition, 151 of 164 passing runs (92.1 per cent) still violated a trajectory check [(4)](https://arxiv.org/abs/2610.01833v1) . Final-output checks alone hide most process drift.

Sixth, the organisation measures business indicators rather than token counts: idea-to-production time, compliance cycle time, onboarding speed, knowledge reuse and business outcome realisation [(2)](https://cio.economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/artificial-intelligence/enterprise-ai-focus-shifts-from-coding-productivity-to-business-execution/132618606) . Employee adoption often bypasses formal training anyway. An interview study of 10 experienced US professionals using Microsoft 365 Copilot found no participant reported formal training as their primary way of learning; 8 of 10 relied on trial-and-error and 6 of 10 on exchanging tips with colleagues [(5)](https://arxiv.org/abs/2502.13281v2) . Adoption plans that assume a training day and a slide deck will underperform plans that design for informal learning and peer sharing; see [our guide to rolling AI out to your team](https://agmm.co.uk/learn/rolling-ai-out-to-your-team/) .

## A worked example: a 60-person Midlands distributor

Illustrative example, our estimates. A 60-person electrical wholesaler in the West Midlands turns over £12m a year. The purchasing team spends 18 hours a week manually comparing supplier price lists against the ERP master data, the quotes desk rekeys 40 PDF enquiries a week into the CRM, and the service desk answers 120 repetitive email threads a month about delivery dates and stock availability. The AI Constraint Audit identifies the quote rekeying as the highest-cost bottleneck at an estimated £48,000 a year in admin time and lost margin from delayed replies.

The firm connects its inbox, CRM and ERP to an orchestration layer with a hybrid control plane [(1)](https://venturebeat.com/orchestration/companies-already-run-3-agent-platforms-salesforces-new-enterprise-ai-harness-wants-govern-all-them) . An ingestion agent parses incoming PDFs, extracts line items, matches them to SKUs using the product knowledge graph and drafts a quote in the house template. A governance guard flags any line where the supplier price exceeds the ERP standard cost by more than 5 per cent for human review. The agent routes the draft to the quotes desk for one-click approval. In month one the team processes 35 of 40 enquiries through the agent, cutting average response time from 4.2 hours to 22 minutes and recovering an estimated £32,000 in margin that previously leaked through slow turnaround.

The same harness is then extended to the service desk with a read-only agent that answers delivery and stock queries from the live ERP feed, deflecting an estimated 70 per cent of the 120 monthly threads. Total platform spend in year one: £18,000 in model and orchestration costs plus £2,000 for the AI Constraint Audit [our estimates]. The firm measures success through quote turnaround SLA, margin recovery and hours returned to the purchasing team, not tokens consumed. Data handling for the CRM and ERP connectors is reviewed against UK GDPR obligations before anything goes live, following [our guide to AI and GDPR for small businesses](https://agmm.co.uk/learn/ai-and-gdpr-for-small-businesses/) .

## What it costs and what can go wrong

There is no single published UK price band for enterprise AI implementation that our sources support, so treat any fixed four-phase table with suspicion. What the sources do support is this: for most inferencing use cases, pay-as-you-go models make more sense than capital-heavy infrastructure until usage patterns are predictable [(7)](https://cio.economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/artificial-intelligence/the-12-decisions-that-determine-whether-enterprise-ai-succeeds/134299557) . Budget three cost centres, not one: model and routing spend, integration and data preparation work, and the governance and evaluation overhead that keeps agents trustworthy in production. For a UK cost breakdown, start with [our guide to AI implementation cost in the UK](https://agmm.co.uk/learn/ai-implementation-cost-uk/) , then see [what it costs](https://agmm.co.uk/what-it-costs/) .

The canonical warning against scaling before proving value is GE’s Predix platform, a multi-billion-dollar, decade-long bet that collapsed because the company tried to scale enterprise-wide before proving value at a smaller scale [(7)](https://cio.economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/artificial-intelligence/the-12-decisions-that-determine-whether-enterprise-ai-succeeds/134299557) . Arora’s five failure patterns deserve a second read before any UK board signs a budget: technology project without business ownership; no clean data foundation; impressive demos that fail production constraints; use cases designed away from the people who live the problem; governance bolted on after the fact [(7)](https://cio.economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/artificial-intelligence/the-12-decisions-that-determine-whether-enterprise-ai-succeeds/134299557) .

Common failure modes for UK firms also include underestimating data preparation. The Sonata Software report notes that software delivery in large enterprises is rarely constrained by coding alone; governance, architecture, security, compliance, domain knowledge and organisational complexity often determine how quickly projects execute [(2)](https://cio.economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/artificial-intelligence/enterprise-ai-focus-shifts-from-coding-productivity-to-business-execution/132618606) . Competitive advantage is shifting toward an organisation’s ability to govern, contextualise, orchestrate and operationalise AI across the delivery lifecycle rather than merely generate code faster [(2)](https://cio.economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/artificial-intelligence/enterprise-ai-focus-shifts-from-coding-productivity-to-business-execution/132618606) .

Over-provisioning premium models is another quiet cost leak. Model routing exists because enterprises increasingly direct simple tasks to cheap models and reserve expensive ones for complex operations; the net effect on vendor revenue is less traffic to premium offerings, and on your bill it is the difference between a controlled platform cost and a surprise [(3)](https://diginomica.com/enterprise-hits-and-misses-agents-need-meaning-not-just-data-anthropic-grapples-model-pricing-and) . Harness misspecification is a reliability leak. After Salesforce researchers optimised a harness, they fine-tuned a weaker model to imitate trajectories from a stronger expert model; average success fell from 78.0% to 63.1% across all seven tasks, attributed to a loss of model-harness fit [(1)](https://venturebeat.com/orchestration/companies-already-run-3-agent-platforms-salesforces-new-enterprise-ai-harness-wants-govern-all-them) .

Neglecting the human trust layer is the silent killer. The M365 Copilot study found low confidence in mastering advanced features even among experienced professionals who reported perceived efficiency gains [(5)](https://arxiv.org/abs/2502.13281v2) . Even technically sound projects get abandoned if teams fear job loss or do not trust the output, which makes change management as critical as the technology [(7)](https://cio.economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/artificial-intelligence/the-12-decisions-that-determine-whether-enterprise-ai-succeeds/134299557) . Process-level drift after go-live is easier to miss than a hard failure: continuous evaluation of tool selection, arguments, execution order and database integrity catches the deviations final-output checks miss [(4)](https://arxiv.org/abs/2610.01833v1) .

## What to do next

Start with the [six-question AI readiness score](https://agmm.co.uk/ai-readiness-assessment/) to see where your data, processes and team stand. Run the [AI Constraint Audit](https://agmm.co.uk/ai-constraint-audit/) (£2,000, 14 days) to find the single process costing you the most and get a build-versus-buy recommendation with a three-year cost model. Read the [plain-English glossary](https://agmm.co.uk/learn/glossary/) so your leadership team shares vocabulary with any technical partner.

Pick one automation and prove it on a real job in an afternoon. The [five automations a UK business should set up first](https://agmm.co.uk/learn/5-automations-to-set-up-first/) are quote drafting, appointment scheduling, invoice reconciliation, customer reply triage and knowledge-base search. Use [the tool categories guide](https://agmm.co.uk/learn/ai-tools-what-actually-matters/) to choose a model you can evaluate against real work rather than a vendor demo. [Audit the process before you automate it](https://agmm.co.uk/learn/audit-the-process-before-you-automate-it/) , or you will automate the waste.

Put a cost-control habit in place before the bill becomes a mystery: per-seat budgets, monthly routing reviews and a single owner for the orchestration layer. Compare build against off-the-shelf for anything touching your core quoting or scheduling flows. If you would rather one team took a workflow from diagnosis to production, [the service overview](https://agmm.co.uk/services/) explains how we work. [Process automation](https://agmm.co.uk/services/business-process-automation/) , [custom CRM](https://agmm.co.uk/services/custom-crm-development/) and [scheduling builds](https://agmm.co.uk/services/scheduling-and-booking-software/) sit under our service pages if you would rather buy the implementation than staff it. For pilots that stall, [the failure-mode guide](https://agmm.co.uk/learn/why-ai-pilots-do-not-reach-production/) is the short read before you spend again. Curated further reading lives in [the resource library](https://agmm.co.uk/learn/resources/) , and [structured courses](https://agmm.co.uk/learn/courses/) are there if the team wants depth rather than a single engagement.

## Frequently asked questions

### What is enterprise AI?

Enterprise AI is foundation models run inside an organisation on live workflows, wrapped in orchestration, governance controls and proprietary business context so agent actions are reliable enough for real transactions [(1)](https://venturebeat.com/orchestration/companies-already-run-3-agent-platforms-salesforces-new-enterprise-ai-harness-wants-govern-all-them) [(3)](https://diginomica.com/enterprise-hits-and-misses-agents-need-meaning-not-just-data-anthropic-grapples-model-pricing-and) .

### What is an enterprise AI platform?

An enterprise AI platform is the orchestration layer, such as Salesforce’s Trusted Enterprise AI Harness or Mistral’s Le Chat Enterprise, that wraps models with harnesses, connects them to internal data sources, enforces governance rules and provides a control plane for managing agents [(1)](https://venturebeat.com/orchestration/companies-already-run-3-agent-platforms-salesforces-new-enterprise-ai-harness-wants-govern-all-them) [(6)](https://mistral.ai/news/le-chat-enterprise/) .

### What are enterprise AI solutions?

Enterprise AI solutions are production-grade agents built on an orchestration platform to automate a specific business process end to end, with deterministic guards, audit logging and human-in-the-loop thresholds designed in from day one [(1)](https://venturebeat.com/orchestration/companies-already-run-3-agent-platforms-salesforces-new-enterprise-ai-harness-wants-govern-all-them) [(7)](https://cio.economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/artificial-intelligence/the-12-decisions-that-determine-whether-enterprise-ai-succeeds/134299557) .

### What is an enterprise AI agent?

An enterprise AI agent is a model-plus-harness unit that can read live systems, reason over proprietary context, propose actions and execute them within guardrails, for example drafting a quote from an inbound PDF, checking it against pricing rules and routing it for approval [(1)](https://venturebeat.com/orchestration/companies-already-run-3-agent-platforms-salesforces-new-enterprise-ai-harness-wants-govern-all-them) [(3)](https://diginomica.com/enterprise-hits-and-misses-agents-need-meaning-not-just-data-anthropic-grapples-model-pricing-and) .

### What is enterprise AI strategy?

Enterprise AI strategy is the sequence of decisions on data ownership, infrastructure model, governance timing, talent and business ownership that determine whether AI scales beyond pilots. The Bharat Forge framework sequences year one as low-risk productivity wins, year two as scoped agentic use cases and year three onward as multi-agent cross-functional systems [(7)](https://cio.economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/artificial-intelligence/the-12-decisions-that-determine-whether-enterprise-ai-succeeds/134299557) .

### What is enterprise AI adoption?

Enterprise AI adoption is the move from isolated experiments to governed production agents. The M365 Copilot study found employees discover value through trial-and-error and peer tips rather than formal training, so adoption plans should design for informal learning and social sharing [(5)](https://arxiv.org/abs/2502.13281v2) .

*How this guide was made: AGMM’s research engine gathered and read the sources above, a first model drafted the guide from them, a second model checked every sourced sentence against them, and an automatic rule check rejected any unsupported figure or broken link. It is marked for review by a named person at AGMM before it is treated as final. [How we write and check our guides](https://agmm.co.uk/learn/how-we-write/).*

The short version

- Enterprise AI relies on surrounding architecture to provide business context and controls
- Governance must be designed into requirements from day one rather than added later
- Business indicators like turnaround time matter more than token counts for success

The audit

Bring the process you suspect is costing the most

A free 30-minute fit call tests whether it is specific enough to audit. The business-wide AI Constraint Audit, £2,000 over 14 days, then finds constraints, weak points and where you could save or earn serious money.

Four outputs you keep, and the fuller audit inside the proposal.
